Shipping policy
Every order is sent with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time
Orders arrive in 7–10 business days.

If an order is going to take longer than 10 business days, we email you before it ships so you can decide whether to wait or cancel.

Where we ship
We ship to the United States and internationally.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The full amount you pay, including shipping and any taxes, is shown before you confirm the order.

Large items
Machines, grinders and brewers ship on their own freight rate because of their weight and size: calculated at checkout. The full amount is shown at checkout before you confirm.

Liquids and air freight
Some descalers are liquid acids and are shipped by ground transport only, in line with carrier rules for that class of product. This does not change the 7–10 business day window for domestic orders.

Order changes and wrong addresses
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order, or if you entered the wrong address. Once an order has shipped we cannot change the address.

Delays outside our control
Carrier delays, severe weather and public holidays can push delivery past the 7–10 business day window. We keep you updated by email when that happens.

Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your item arrives damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number and photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. What condition it has to be in depends on what it is.

Machines, grinders, brewers, kettles and tools
Return it within 30 days in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation. It may have been unboxed and tested — you are allowed to find out whether it suits you. It must not be damaged, and it must be clean and descaled if it has been used with water.

Restocking fee: No restocking fee.

Consumables — descalers, cleaners and filters
These must come back unopened, with any factory seal intact, in their original packaging. We cannot accept an opened bottle, sachet, tub or tablet pack, for hygiene and product safety reasons.

Neither rule affects your rights where an item is faulty, expired, leaking, damaged or not what you ordered — see below.

How to start a return
Email us at support@evercasahome.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty, expired or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, past its expiry date, or is not the product you ordered, contact us with photos. We replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and we cover the cost of sending it back.

Wrong product for your machine
Compatibility on each product page is what the product’s manufacturer states. If you ordered something that does not suit your machine and the pack is unopened, it falls under the 30-day return above. If our page stated a compatibility that turns out to be wrong, that is our error and we cover the return in full.
