EverCasaHome sells home coffee equipment and the things that keep it running: Breville espresso machines, grinders, brewers and kettles, the barista tools that go with them, and the descalers, brew-path cleaners, milk-line cleaners, reservoir filters and grinder cleaners every machine needs on a schedule. We are not a manufacturer.

What we sell, and who makes it
Every product we list is made by the brand named on it — Breville, Urnex, Durgol, Biocaf or De’Longhi. Each product page names the manufacturer, prints the manufacturer part number under Specifications, and states the pack size or configuration.

Where a listing names a coffee machine brand, it is telling you what the product fits. That is a statement of compatibility made by the product’s own manufacturer. It is not a claim that the machine’s maker supplies us, endorses us, or is connected to us in any way.

How our pricing works
We list one price per item. There is no crossed-out “was” price and no percentage-off badge, because we have never charged a higher price for these items — a reference price is only honest if the shop actually sold at it. The price you see is simply our price.

Delivery and returns in short
Orders arrive in 7–10 business days. You can return an unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Full terms are in our shipping policy and refund policy.

Warranty
Machines, grinders, brewers and kettles carry the manufacturer’s own warranty. How that warranty is honoured, and whether it depends on the unit being bought through an authorised channel, is set by the manufacturer — check their terms before you buy. We are not an authorised service centre for any manufacturer and we cannot carry out warranty repairs.

Separately from that, if anything we ship arrives damaged, faulty on arrival or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full. That is our own commitment and it applies to everything in the catalogue.

Consumables — descalers, cleaners and filters — are covered by the same arrival condition above. Using a third-party maintenance product may affect your machine manufacturer’s warranty; check their terms if you are unsure.
